Stittsworth Meats has been known for supplying high quality ground beef to restaurants in the northland for years. We use high grade 100% beef (from whole muscle meat) for our burgers. This ensures the best flavor and texture. We use only the best ingredients in our custom flavored burgers.

We use a unique “Hand-Pattied” technique that creates the ultimate burger texture. This technique comes from squeezing the ground beef into a patty similar to using your hands, rather than compressing the burger into a round metal plate under high pressure, which can produce a rubbery texture.

Stittsworth uses special packaging film that allows the meat to bloom into a nice vibrant color, without having to use gases or solutions, to achieve the desired color. By doing this unique process we are able to keep our “All Natural” certification.
