🍖 Recipe: Stittsworth Smoked Sausage and Potato Sheet Pan Dinner
A one-pan dinner loaded with Stittsworth smoked sausage, tender potatoes, and autumn vegetables. Perfect for busy weeknights.
Ingredients
- 4 Stittsworth Smoked Sausage links, sliced
- 1.5 lbs baby potatoes, halved
- 2 bell peppers, diced
- 1 large onion, chunked
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Toss potatoes, bell peppers, onion, and garlic with olive oil, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Spread on the baking sheet and roast for 20 minutes.
- Stir the vegetables and add the sliced Stittsworth Smoked Sausage. Toss to combine.
- Return to oven for another 15--20 minutes until potatoes are tender and sausage is heated through.
- Serve hot directly from the sheet pan.
Pro Tip: Stittsworth smoked sausage is fully cooked, so you're just heating it through and building flavor. Cut it on a bias for an elegant presentation and better browning.
