🍖 Recipe: Stittsworth Holiday Charcuterie Board

A festive, elegant spread of Stittsworth cured meats, cheeses, and seasonal accoutrements perfect for holiday entertaining.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb Stittsworth Smoked Ham, sliced thin
  • 1/4 lb Stittsworth Summer Sausage, sliced
  • 8 oz Stittsworth Pepperoni, sliced
  • 8 oz assorted cheeses (cheddar, brie, blue)
  • 1 cup fresh cranberries
  • 1 cup candied pecans
  • Crusty bread or water crackers
  • Whole grain mustard
  • Fresh rosemary sprigs for garnish

Instructions

  1. Arrange the Stittsworth meats on a large wooden board or platter, folding and layering for visual interest.
  2. Cut cheeses into bite-sized pieces and arrange in small clusters.
  3. Fill gaps with fresh cranberries, candied pecans, and fresh rosemary sprigs.
  4. Place bread and crackers in small stacks around the board.
  5. Add a small ramekin of mustard for dipping.
  6. Serve at room temperature or slightly chilled.

Pro Tip: Assemble your board no more than 2 hours before serving. The Stittsworth cured meats taste best when they come to room temperature, which also allows their natural flavors to fully develop.
