🍖 Recipe: 20-Minute Stittsworth Ground Beef Tacos
A quick, family-friendly dinner that's on the table in 20 minutes. Load these with your favorite toppings for a customizable weeknight win.
Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs Stittsworth Ground Beef
- 1 onion, diced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp taco seasoning
- 1/2 cup water
- Corn or flour tortillas
- Shredded cheddar cheese
- Lettuce, tomato, sour cream for serving
Instructions
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Brown Stittsworth Ground Beef, breaking it into small pieces. Drain excess fat.
- Add diced onion and cook for 2 minutes until softened.
- Stir in garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add taco seasoning and water. Simmer for 5 minutes until thickened.
- Warm tortillas in a dry pan or directly over a gas flame.
- Build tacos with the beef mixture and your favorite toppings.
Pro Tip: Stittsworth Ground Beef is perfectly seasoned on its own, so don't overdo the taco seasoning. A light hand keeps the true beef flavor front and center.
